I had a great time at the Dia de San Juan celebration in Long Beach today.  The weather was fantastic, the event well attended and well organized, the music very enjoyable.  The food lines were too long, but I guess that was good news for the vendors.  Rather than waiting in line I kept myself busy with a coconut, a mango, a cigar, and some whiskey.  Not bad.. not bad at all!

I speak for the three hours I was there, from 3.30 to 6.30 pm, just in time for Chino Espinoza y los Duenos del Son, Son Boricua and Samy Cultura.  Below are some pictures.  Enjoy!
