ZAK ASTOR AT THE CATALINA BAR AND GRILL - May 12, 2009

Zak Astor, 16, a Junior in the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (LACHSA) Music Department, gave his first public concert this Tuesday night as part of the Young Artist Series concerts at the Catalina Bar and Grill, in Hollywood.  The members of Astor’s Jazz and Salsa band are all high school students, half of them attending LACHSA.  Astor’s Salsa band’s next performance will be Mama Juana’s, in Studio City, on July 1.
